“Unfortunately, Valencia just isn't a very bike friendly city, much more suited to walking. Narrow lanes, lots of cross traffic, locals on bikes and scooters at high speeds (literally saw 2 separate tourist bike crashes with locals on scooters) . Tough to navigate. Location of the tour company is good, right beside the train station, and the guide was ok with stops and history. Highlight was the river area where there is less traffic and more relaxed pace. One thing that would help is a 5 minute safety talk to offer helmets and teach riders about the local traffic systems.”
