The town of Fiesole was quaint with stunning views back to Florence. The olive oil tasting was a real education into the process of making premium olive oil. Christina was delightful. The ride back to town was downhill and flat which we really appreciated after the morning climb. It was a highlight of our trip. Word of caution these are electric pedal assisted bikes and not turn the throttle and go. It will be a workout.”
